RETURNS

All items must be inspected within ten calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. If merchandise arrives damaged please contact us immediately at sportscases@gmail.com. We will require your phone number, address, product details and the original packaging for all returns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sportscases@gmail.com and you will be issued a return authorization. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Upon receipt of merchandise in perfect condition, we will issue you a credit MINUS original shipping costs AND 15% re-stocking fee.

Please note that you are responsible for returning all merchandise in perfect condition. If the unwanted item is returned damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with your carrier. Returns will only be accepted in its original box and packaging.

We will NOT, without exception, accept any returns, damages or exchanges after 10 days of receipt of merchandise. There are no returns or exchanges on custom work.
